We celebrated Emilyn's 5th birthday with her friends, Frozen style!  She had no problem deciding that she wanted a Frozen party this year.  She LOVES Elsa and the rest of the characters and the music is a constant soundtrack in her head!  The timing was great because Alison was able to come and help me with the party and Sylvie was able to come since they were in town for the week.  It was SO nice to have her help!  We played some games, made a candy necklace (Emilyn's request), had cake and ice cream, and opened presents.  It was a fun little party for my fun five year old girl!

 Emilyn was pretty happy with the Frozen cake I made her.  She loved the characters and the rock candy on top.

 Matt made Emilyn a number 5 with words that describe her like big sister's 8!

 I'd like to take credit, but Matt is the master decorator when we have birthdays around here, at least for the ceiling!

 The girls watched a few minutes of Frozen while we waited for everyone to arrive.

 We played a "build the snowman" dice game, modeled after the Cooties game.

 Then we made candy necklaces which turned out delicious...and heavy!

 Then it was time for cake and ice cream!

 Matisyn made Emilyn a special present with a note, a rock she colored, and some other goodies.  Pretty cute!
