Day 2 and Going Home!

We soaked in our second day in the hospital with baby girl.  I wanted to enjoy the last few hours with only one little one to worry about.  We decided on her first name that afternoon, but took almost until we were leaving that night to decide on the middle name.  The first names that made it to the last cut were Kaylee, Kate, and Lauryn.  Once we knew her name was Kaylee, we were deciding between Christine, Kate, and Kristin for her middle name, and none of them felt right.  I started thinking about Mae and how it is a family name too.  My aunt Linda's middle name is Mae, and my Grandpa's sister's name is Mae, or something like that!  I added it to the board and we were both sold pretty quickly.  Our baby is Kaylee Mae!

Getting ready to go home!  We left the hospital about 9:00 pm.  We figured that would give Grandma time to get the kids to bed and have things a little calmer upon our arrival.  It was nice to go home to my mom and Matisyn so excited to see Kaylee again!

 While we were in the hospital having Baby Kaylee, Grandma Karen took the three kids to Chuck E Cheese's.  They had a blast, and my mom seemed to have energy to spare when we got home.  She is so great with them.  Lucas still plays everyday with the rocket he got that day!
