Matt's request for his actual birthday was to escape to Strawberry for the day with friends and crawdad fish with his girls. His favorite place to be is outdoors, so it was perfect for his day. Happy Birthday Sweetie, we love you!!!
Matt took a little swim in the cold, crawdad infested waters to find his crawdad trap, but had no luck.
The girls LOVE to fish for crawdads, and play with them in the net, and even hold them.
The kids loved the sand and mud, and spent hours playing in it. Emilyn was covered by the end of the day.
Matisyn holding a baby crawdad, she was so sad to put him back in the water. She wanted to bring him back as a pet!
Emilyn even likes eating the crawdads like her Daddy.
