Final Birthday Celebration!

Matisyn's Final Birthday Celebration!

Since we went tubing on Matisyn's actual birthday, and celebrated with Matt's family the week before, we decided to have a little party with just our family the day after her birthday.  I made a cake, and she got to open her presents from us.  Matisyn is so over the top excited about everything that it makes giving her presents and watching her open them so much fun!  I tried to control myself though, because we have WAY too many toys!  She got a few things for her American Girl doll Mckenna, a salon chair because she loves to do her hair, a tent to take her camping, and a swimsuit for her to wear.  She also got a big puzzle, a Jasmine barbie, and some other barbie princess clothes.  She did not disappoint with her reactions!  We didn't have a friend party this year, but we managed to have plenty of celebrations for her this year!

 She likes to close her eyes to increase the surprise and excitement when she is opening!

 Emilyn was very patient and excited for Matisyn while she was opening her presents, and she can't wait for her birthday next month.

 She got to open her other presents from Grandma Barb too.  She had sent them home with us the night before.  She LOVED the skirts that Grandma made her, and went crazy when she saw 7 $2 bills, a bill for every year old she is!
