While we were in Hawaii the girls were living it up at Grandma Karen's house. The first few days I think they spent one day at the park, one day at Chuck E Cheese's, one day at Micke's Grove Zoo and Rides, and one day at Funworks. The next week they stayed around home a little more, and Matisyn went to an all day preschool. She even fell asleep during their mandatory "rest" period that I was so worried about. She loved it, and Grandma enjoyed some time with just Emilyn. Matisyn gets kind of jealous when she's around and doesn't want to share Grandma with her sister! Uncle Chunk and Heather helped out when they were around, and that's the only reason I have any pictures of their week. Thank you Heather! Also thanks to everyone who pitched in and helped so we could get away. Grandma was exhausted by the end, but the girls were happy!
Heather and Chunk got the girls a playhouse they can color on for their birthdays and to occupy some of their time around the house. It has been a well loved item at our house even since we got home. It is extra special since they helped the girls color it while it was at my mom's house. Thanks guys!
