Matt's sister Megan and her family were visiting for the end of June and first part of July. It was so much fun to get to play with them, and especially to meet their new baby, Abigail Jean. She is so precious, and I took all opportunities to hold her! They blessed her at home at Matt's parents' house because of Matt's Dad's health. He has good days and bad days, but even the good days are pretty bad now. He was having a particularly bad one on this day and everyone was relieved that he was able to come out and participate in the blessing. It was a miracle of sorts that everyone was grateful to have. We were able to snap some pictures together while he was out of bed and dressed with the whole family together in one place. Then, of course, there was dinner and swimming. The highlight was an ice cream machine that Grandma Barb rented, it was delicious, and the kids ate their weight in ice cream over the weekend!
