Lucas Week 5

Lucas Week 5
November 6-12

This week Baby Lucas is:

• Lifting his head for longer
• Looking around more and making more eye contact, especially with Mommy!
• Reflux medicine seems to be helping, still gassy tummy, and up a lot at night.  I have taken to holding him so he will sleep, so breaking my rules!
• Smiling at me
• Kicking more, kicks his blankets off 
• Still loving to be held as much as possible
• Having happy, content alert periods during the day
• Filling out, eating often, and looking especially handsome!

 A birthday card from Matisyn to me:  Want to know a secret, I love you!

 Lucas got a new play mat, he likes it for short periods.  He's starting to focus more.  The girls like playing under it more than him though!

 I find Matisyn just looking and admiring baby brother sometimes.  She always runs to him and wants him to feel better when he cries.  Emilyn loves to help change his diaper and get him his binky.

 Most of the time he likes the attention, but sometimes it gets to be too much!

Matisyn and her two teeth missing!  She lost both of her first two teeth only two days apart.
