Matisyn was between a few different parties for her big double digit birthday! I can't believe she is turning 10! She finally decided on a swim party at the rec center. It turned out to be so much fun. I rented a room and we started in there with pizza, presents, and brownie sundaes with all the toppings for dessert. She invited mostly girls, except two of her best buddies that are boys. It was a big group because I told her as part of her present she could invite all of the friends she wanted. We had to tone it down a bit, but there was still a great turn out. She is such a social girl, and I love that she has such great friends! After the party room we headed out to the pool. The kids swam for a couple of hours, splashing and sliding, and having a great time before their parents came to pick them up. Thankfully Drew and Ashly kept Lucas and Kaylee for us so we could focus on Matisyn and her big day. It was nice to have so much of it put together for me, and the built in activity of swimming was perfect. Happy 10th birthday Matisyn!
